I have lost 18 pounds in 1 month

I have been on the program now for 1 month and have lost 18 pounds.
I didn't have a great loss this week for some unknown reason, but
over all I am pleased with my progress.
Last week was Spring Break for me. I went out of town for a few days
and managed to "stay in the box" (The term for not cheating on the diet),
which I thought was good for me. While I was out of town I had to change
my PA up a little. The bike is too big to haul around, so I walked instead.
Walking was okay, but I am still enjoying the bike better. Although I have
decided to take a walk at least 2 times a week in addition to the bike. So,
Brooks if you are reading this I will be calling you later this week.
To everyone else reading this, THANKS for going on this journey with me.
I appreciate your prayers and encouragement more than you will ever know.

AWSOME!! Great job, a loss is a loss is a loss. 18 pounds in a month and a habit of working out. Things have changed a lot in just one month. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing you at house church tomrrow night.

Congrats on the loss. Even more congrats for staying focused on Spring Break. Not the easiest thing in the world. But I figure our mindsets are just changing to a way of life instead of just calling it a diet.
