-3.6 This week

Okay, I will have to admit I was a little disappointed after last weeks
good start. However, they explained about water weight, retention,
etc. and I guess 3 pounds is still an okay amount.

I have increased my PA (physical activity) by 10 minutes a day
(I'm up to 30 now) and I have increased the resistance on the bike by
2 levels from where I started. I have to try 10 minutes of something
new (exercise) tomorrow for my "strong start day". I am thinking a
noon walk around the block, but I am open to other suggestions. I'll let
you know what I decide on later in the week. Thanks for your support,
prayers and words of encouragement.

Wow! That is 11 lbs in 2 weeks! That is AWESOME! You should be proud of yourself. It sounds like you need to just keep doing what you are doing because it sounds like it is working very well! Good luck!!

That is AWSOME!! As one who was disappointed with by a few "lower than expected" weeks, I understand your feelings, but looking back I realize how every week was a loss and that means my body was getting smaller and healthier. Sometimes I had to remind myslef it's about health not about the numbers. The numbers will come, but the health is happening everyday!!

Great start, Debbie! I am very impressed with your commitment to exercise. I need it to rub off on me.

Great job Debbie! If you want a walking partner, just give me a ring! I'm only a few blocks away and Spence and Sandie would love to walk with you!

Congrats on the weight loss. I found out from Shump that you were posting your journey on a blog. I to have done the samething and it is helping me with accountability. Good luck with the plan. I hope to see less of you in the future. (pun intended)
